Brand Display Policy:
- Overglam provides 4 free hangers, and 2 dog models when order price is higher than £1200.
- Buyers can receive display items up to £280 by paying a deposit.
- If your 'amount spent' reaches a category in display amount, buyers are able to choose from this or 'if paid deposit' receive deposit back.
- Display material can also be bought outside of policy.
- Display policy goes together with order policy and is accumulated.
Notes:
- Shipping costs are paid by buyer.
- After each order, discounts accumulate. A higher discount is applied when the total order amount exceeds the order minimum on “Order Price After Discount (GBP).” The order amount is renewed after one year, but all discounts remain the same. new year.
- The accumulating year starts from either the 1st Jan or 1st July.
- Buyers may enjoy the full discount and order goods on credit by making an instant deposit of £5600.
- If a product is faulty or defective, it may be returned or refunded within five days of receipt. Overglam is not responsible for goods that are damaged after this time span and does not allow exchanges or returns, except discretionary offers.
- Products that are in good condition can be exchanged one month after order is received. Discretionary offers may be provided, if the duration has surpassed one month.
- For recurring customers, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is £500.
Payment terms:
- Orders for out-of-stock products would be subject to a 50% surcharge to cover the cost of new product development. The remaining fee, including shipping, is due before the final delivery.
- If all goods are in stock, the total amount due, including shipping, must be paid prior to final delivery.
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance fees as well as any freight expenses. Over Glam will select the most cost-effective warehouse and shipping method based on the location of the buyer.
- Over Glam offers Net-30 payment terms for repeated buyers.

- Over Glam can provide in-store display assistance as well as product knowledge training.
- Over Glam will provide full access to high-quality stock images for online and promotional use.
- Over Glam will provide additional sales support, to increase your sales, and understand your needs.
- Over Glam provides full product specification, including barcodes, SKU’s and other product details.
- Available Immediately: Orders that are within the "Available Immediately" quantities can be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order confirmation.
