Q: Can I pick up my order from the store?
A: OVERGLAM operates exclusively as an online brand, so in-store pickup is not available. All orders are securely processed and shipped directly to your designated delivery address.
Q: How do I know my pet’s size?
A: You can find out your pet’s size by following the measurement instructions in the sizing guide page.
Q: How can I track the delivery of my order?
A: You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q: How can apply for an exchange or refund?
A: We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with, or that doesn't fit. The item must be in re-saleable condition and within the 14 days of purchased to apply for a return.
