 About exchanges

We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with, or that doesn't fit. The item must be in re-saleable condition and within the 14 days of purchased to apply for an exchange.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We cover postage costs for exchange once for each customer, after that, return costs may apply. 

About Returns

We guarantee to return any item you are not completely happy with, or that doesn't fit, in the form of in-store credit for the original amount payed by the customer. The item must be in re-saleable condition and within the 14 days of purchased to apply for an exchange. 

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We cover postage costs for exchange once for each customer, after that, return costs may apply. 

In-store credit may be subjected to time limits and terms may change at any moment.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact us with the order number and the product condition/reason for return within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Damaged / defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the return authorization number.

We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) or grant in-store credit for the value of the item at the moment of the purchase. Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.
